Homeschool Hangout: Discovering Great Artists
Join us as we explore portraiture and Joshua Johnson. We’ll read a short excerpt, learn about painting portraits, and paint our own portraits in the style of Johnson. There will be a brief art history lesson followed by lots of hands-on art time. All ages are welcome, but ages 6 and up may get the most out of this program. Registration is required. Ages 6-18.

Drop-In and Craft: 3D Wooden Pumpkins
Drop by anytime between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM to decorate a festive 3D wooden pumpkin. Registration is required and will open on Wednesday, August 27th at 10:00 AM. Ages 4-11.

Shark Week: Shark Art
Happy Shark Week! Paint your own wooden shark and display it in your room to celebrate. Registration is required and will open on Monday, June 16th at 10:00 AM. Please only register your child/children for the event. Each registered child attendee will receive a free Summer Reading-themed book, courtesy of the Cliffs Residents Outreach. Ages 6-11.
Stained Glass Sunset Art
Using a simpler method, make your own stained glass work of art using a picture frame, paint, and lots of creativity. Registration is required and will open on Monday, May 19th at 10:00 AM . Each registered tween/teen attendee will receive a FREE Summer Reading-themed book, courtesy of the Cliffs Residents Outreach. Ages 11-17.
