Period Project Launch & Collection Drive

The Oconee County Public Library is happy to celebrate National Women’s Health Month  by collaborating with  Period Project to begin offering women’s menstrual products at the library branches. These items are free and will be available beginning in May and continuing through the year. They are available in the restroom at the library. Help us keep this project going by donating individually wrapped pads, liners, and tampons. Items can be dropped off at any library location. Period Project’s mission is to facilitate better access to menstrual health products to individuals in need and raise awareness of period poverty.
