The Victoria Oak Turns 40!

Did you know in the summer of 1985 the city of Westminster collaborated with the Westminster England to celebrate being sister cities? In honor of that occasion, an oak tree was planted in the front lawn of the library and was called the Victoria Oak. This year Victoria turns 40 years old! We want to celebrate how she has grown and changed just like the library has the past 40 years. We will have crafts, refreshments, and a plaque ceremony.
