Homeschool Hangout: Discovering Great Artists

Join us as we explore Postimpressionist art and Georges Seurat using the book Discovering Great Artists by Kohl and Solga. We’ll read a short excerpt, learn about pointillism, and create our own painting in the style of Seurat. There will be a brief art history lesson followed by lots of hands-on art time. All ages are welcome, but ages 6 and up may get the most out of this program. Registration is required.
Ages 6-18.
