Homeschool Hangout: Discovering Great Artists
Join us as we explore the Naturalist art movement and John James Audubon using the book Discovering Great Artists by Kohl and Solga. We’ll read a short excerpt, learn about wildlife journals, and create our own nature notebooks inspired by Audubon’s notes on wildlife.
There will be a brief art history lesson followed by lots of hands-on art time. Ages 6 and up may get the most out of this program. Registration is REQUIRED. Ages 0-18.
