Summer Reading 2025
We invite you to Color Our World this summer by participating in our Summer Reading program! Participants who complete the reading challenge will receive a medal (under 18), free pizza (under 18), a ticket voucher for a Greenville Drive game, and a prize (under 18). If you want to complete more than one reading log, GO FOR IT! Every completed log = 1 grand prize entry.
We have prizes for four age groups:
- Prereaders - Ages 0-5
- Independent Readers - Ages 6-11
- Teen Readers - Ages 12-17
- Adults - Ages 18+
All reading logs are due by July 23rd if you want to be entered into the prize drawings!
Prereaders
Pick-up a reading log specifically made for our prereaders! For each circle, help your child complete an activity inspired by Palmetto Basics or read a book to your child. Place a sticker over the circle to mark your progress.
Independent, Teen, and Adult Readers
Grab any book, comic, e-book, picture book, or audiobook. Read (or be read to) for 600 minutes. Log your reading with our free app from Beanstack or pick-up a reading log at any OCPL location.
