In this class, participants will learn about ways to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure through healthy foods and exercise. The class will cover topics such as how to balance your plate, ways to lower salt, sugar and fat in your diet and how to read a food label. Nutrition-related tip sheets and handouts will be provided with the class.
