Sometimes anxiety seems to take over, no matter how much we try to stay calm. Come learn about what makes anxiety worse, as well as methods that can help reduce anxiety. The program will include the following: information on the latest methods to reduce anxiety, demonstrations of techniques that can help calm, and time for you to ask questions about anxiety. This workshop is designed for older teenagers and adults who face intermittent or constant anxiety and those people who help others who are often anxious. Ages 14+
