COVID-19 survey
As we enter the next phase of the response to COVID-19, it is still the goal of DHEC and other health agencies to reduce the spread of the virus by partnering with members of the community to promote preventative health behaviors and increase accessibility to testing and vaccination. To that end, DHEC is conducting a survey to evaluate COVID-19 vaccine confidence. The goal of the survey is to better our understanding of the needs of the community and any perceived barriers preventing uptake of the COVID-19 vaccine. To participate, use the link below:
