Updated-LIBRARY CLOSES–Information about the coronavirus, COVID-19.
Oconee County Public Library is committed to offering a safe workplace for staff and a safe place for our library users. At this time, ALL locations will be closed from Tuesday, 3/17, until further notice. Due dates will be extended and NO fines will be assessed in this period. Book drops will no longer be open to return materials (just hang onto them!) No holds will be cancelled.
Oconee County Public Library administrators are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC), the South Carolina Governor’s Office and Oconee County Government Offices. We will be sure to keep staff and users abreast of any further updates.
